Afghans

Enjoyed working on some new afghans over the winter.I tried to use up some of my scraps on these two beauties.

Some hats and matching cowls I made this month.What fun I had!

Here in NY the fall leaves are falling and the weather has a certain crispness to it.Time to make you think of baking and those wonderful aromas drifting though the house.


Easy Pleas'in Recipe
1 can of Pumpkin Pie filling
I spice cake mix.
Do not add anything else.Mix and bake according to cake mix
directions.

You would think that with all this time between post that I was busy crocheting like crazy.But sadly that is not true. I did complete one project that I am pleased with a little throw that I used fabric and batting and then crocheted

around the edges and joined.You can see the little edging that I added.I tried to match the yarn to the colors in the fabric.Fun project.

I guess that things got a little out of hand for December, but I am back finally.The ground is covered with snow and the wind is blowing and the temperatures have been around zero.Perfect weather to do some crocheting I say.

Well,I have been knitting and crocheting like a mad woman.I work on several projects at a time so it takes me quite a while to get them finished.However I do have a few things to post.
